Where you exit a trade depends on your trading plan and your skill. Are you a trend trader? Are you swing trader? Maybe you're a trendy swinger! Trend traders attempt to enter a trade early in the trend's development and exit before the trend ends. On the other hand, swing traders seek to buy pullbacks in an uptrend and exit at or above the previous swing high.
